Keith Swenson

Keith Swenson is current Vice President of Research and Development at Fujitsu Software Corporation for the Interstage family of products. He is known for having been a pioneer in web services, and has helped the development of standards such as WfMC Interface 2, OMG Workflow Interface, SWAP, Wf-XML, AWSP, WSCI, and is currently working on standards such as WS-CAF and ASAP. He has led efforts to develop software products to support work teams at MS2, Netscape, and Ashton Tate. He is currently the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Workflow Management Coalition. In 2004 he was awarded the Marvin L. Manheim Award for outstanding contributions in the field of workflow.

 
Jon Pyke

For over 25 years, Jon Pyke has focused on office and workflow technology and has contributed to many key advances and its application. Pyke is a founding member and the current Chair of the Workflow Management Coalition. As well, he is Director of the Association of Information Systems Interest Group on Process Automation and Management.  Pyke remains active in a number of standards bodies and committed to IT advancements that drive business level impact. He has served as Staffware’s Chief Technology Officer for over the past 11 years and is responsible for the development and continued leadership of Staffware’s cutting-edge BPM solutions. He is an AiiM Laureate for Workflow – and received the Marvin Manheim award for Significant Contributions in the Field of Workflow in 2003.

                      
Robert Shapiro

Senior Vice President, Global 360

In January 2005 Robert Shapiro joined Global 360 as Senior Vice President and remains President of Cape Visions, now a subsidiary of Global 360. As founder and President of Cape Visions he directed the development of Analytics and Simulation software now used by FileNet, Fujitsu, PegaSystems and Global 360 Business Process Management products. Prior to founding Cape Visions, Robert was a driving force in the creation and promotion of graphical techniques for modeling, analyzing and simulating complex systems. As founder and CEO of Meta Software Corporation, he directed the implementation of a unique suite of graphical modeling and optimization tools for enterprise wide business process improvement. Products based on these tools are used by Bank One, Wells Fargo and other major banks to optimize their check processing operations. As a participant in the Workflow Management Coalition and chair of the working group on process definition interchange, he plays a critical role in the development of international standards for workflow and business process management.


Ken Loke

Mr. Loke is the Business Solutions Director for Bizmann System.  He oversees the R & D initiatives and business solutions development in the company.  His responsibilities cover the Asia region.
He has 18 years of vast experience and success in IT solutions positioning and development.  He is among the pioneers in Asia to introduce computer aided designing, documents management, image capturing and workflow solutions in the early 90s.  His strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of business process management leveraging IT and digital technology are his key strengths in introducing business process management solutions.  Mr. Loke is also the WfMC Chairperson for Singapore and Malaysia.  The WfMC, Workflow Management Coalition, founded in August 1993, is a non-profit, international organisation of workflow vendors, users, analysts and university/research groups.
Mr. Loke is an active speaker in seminars, workshops and lectures; having delivered several presentations on business process management and improvement within Asia.  He was selected twice to author a Chapter in WfMC 2004 and 2005 Year Books.  His strong belief and advocate in bringing business value out of business value out of business processes has helped many companies realized the benefits of workflow/business process automation.
